All prescription weight loss medications supplied through our service require a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. Our pharmacist will review your completed medical questionnaire before approving any prescription.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical assessment. You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions. Providing false or incomplete information may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence.
Our pharmacist retains the right to decline to dispense any prescription where there is a clinical reason to do so. We may also refer you to your GP or another healthcare professional where appropriate.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
We do not store your full payment card details on our systems. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been clinically reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
Deliveries are made via a tracked postal or courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging appropriate for the product type.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by contacting us directly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and the Medicines Act 1968.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, any payment taken will be refunded in full within 5 working days. If you believe a product has been supplied in error or is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
